[Everything doTERRA] Re: Dry Mouth

Emily,
As a dental hygienist, I can tell you many things/products you can try to reduce dry mouth symptoms, however, they are not oils. I'd like to read what others have said about dry mouth and oils.  If you want to email me privately, I can give you some suggestions.

Hello-
I am a diuretic and it is a pain in the butt!!  My CHF specialist said if I don't follow the instructions, then I won't get a heart transplant.  I have been getting dry mouth constantly throughout the day.  I try to save the water for throughout the day.  But sometimes its just impossible.  I have been rinsing my mouth constantly, having water bottles with ice . . . which helps to cool off and helps only a little with dry mouth.  Chewing on gum doesn't really help.   Any suggestions?  I can have only 64 oz of water per day.  Yogurt, applesauce, ice cream, jello, etc. also counts as liquids . . . it sucks!!
