Have here do a gentle swish oh 3-4 drops of on guard in a couple tblsp of water. You don't want to get dry socket, which will happen if you are not gentle.  You can add an extra drop or two og clove if she is experiencing pain. On guard has clove in it, but add more if pain is an issue.
