I would start with the Family Physicians Kit or Home Essentials Kit if you don't know where to he started. There is a wide variety of oils in those kits. Or if you have something you want to work on, get the oils that can help that condition. I started out with oils that can help ADHD/Autism. Then as I needed something else I bought more oils for that issue. It has been nice doing it as I need it so I don't get so overwhelmed. Don't toss out all the meds that you have. It takes time to get use to using the oils in place of medications. What you will find is that you won't be needing most of them anymore and they will expire without you thinking about them. I cleaned out my medicine cabinet after 1year of using doTERRA. I was shocked at how much wasn't even opened and were expired. I just didn't need it anymore as I used the oils and learned what my body needed. Go slow and set a goal to learn about a subject or an oil and keep going with that. No one can know it all, and you can get very overwhelmed trying. Good luck! Feel free to email me if you have questions.

Hi All,
I am new to the do Terra community my daughter and I are very interested in these products. I feel so overwhelmed with all the information I am not sure where to begin
can anyone please give me a good starting point so I can incorporate these oils in my daily life. Should I just clean out my medicine cabinet and only have the oils?
Thanks
