In Tune would be worth a try.  I've had vision improvement while using it but haven't used it regularly to see if the issue would eventually correct itself.  Eyes and liver are closely connected. Melanie Smith has a vision program with acupressure points and very simple exercises that could likely be combined with the oils.  Just google her name to see if you can find it.
