I was fortunate to have signed up with the personal help of Peggy Smith, Founding Blue Diamond. In addition to the things she showed and told me in the 1+ hours we had together, and the files she printed for me to have, she challenged me as follows: Whenever you need to use something out of your medicine cabinet, don't, but instead, go to the Modern Essentials book, look up the oil(s)/products to use instead, and go from there. It's a great way to learn on a personal level what you need because of what you need! We haven't used anything from the medicine cabinet since November 2012. Now, keep in mind that the only prescription used in this house was blood pressure meds for my son, so the kinds of health challenges I'm referring to are headaches, allergies, itchy rashes, cold/flu/cough remedies, and other "simple" things like that. At this point, however, after using LLV (Livelong Vitality supplements), Mito2Max, DDR Prime, and oils daily, my son no longer needs his blood pressure meds. Also, my daughter no longer needs the inhaler the doctor gave her to use when she exercises (exercise-induced asthma) because she uses breathe (on her chest and on the bottom of her feet).
The website: EverythingEssential.me is a great reference that goes hand-in-hand with the Modern Essentials book, and if I'm away from home without my book, I can pull up the ee.me site on my phone. This link is to their page of health concerns, each of which are clickable to find suggested protocols (oils/products), testimonials, etc.

Aroma Tools is a great place to get empty roller bottles or small sample bottles if you choose to talk with people and share the oils, you'll need some sample bottles. There are also books (like the Modern Essentials book), flyers, brochures, and tear pad sheets (which are wonderful for classes, etc.)

There are links in your virtual office to helpful websites (see the far right column on the main page):
1) doTERRA everyday.com has lots of information and updates daily, including a great blog with info you can use to share with people
See: http://www.doterraeveryday.com/
2) doTERRA tools.com where there are lots of files about business building and about the products.
See: http://www.doterratools.com/ (the main site)
Also see: http://www.doterratools.com/united-states/ for the list of documents
Also see: http://www.doterratools.com/enroll-kits/ for a list of enrollment kits, their contents, etc.
doTERRA University (which someone already mentioned) is a great source of information about products, business, etc.
http://www.doterrauniversity.com/
Essential Oil University is the site of Dr. Robert Pappas, essential oil chemist, and it's filled with information about the oils (see the database)
See: http://essentialoils.org/news/
Share Oils.com is another site (like Aroma Tools) with brochures, sample bottles, and tear pad sheets. The small book, Using Essential Oils, is great to get to give out to people.
See: http://www.shareoils.com/
doTERRA Pro.com is a great site for more Q&A, plus if you mouseover "learn" at the top, you can click on training, or library, for lots of things to download and/or watch.
See: https://mydopro.com/learn/library/ (this is the library link)
Aromatic Science.com is a fabulous new site by doTERRA. It has references to lots of scientific articles about the oils and will soon have an education forum wherein we can enroll in training to learn more about essential oils and become certified in aromatic science.

Being here in this group is a great way to get info as people ask questions about different health concerns you can read the suggestions, etc. There are also groups in Facebook that are similar and are also helpful.
Have fun! We're here if you have any questions!!!
