I just laugh because these people who say that you shouldn't ingest doterra essential oils or any essential oils. These people who only use the essential oils for external use only to either breathe in the oils my diffusing the scent into the air or from the bottle, applying the oils to the feet and/or going to a massage therapist; don't they realize that all of these ways, the essential oils are getting into our system, blood streams, cells, and organs are doing what they are suppose to do which is help heal our body's to keep it healthy and in balance. So what is the difference when you ingest the oils. We who use doterra essential oils for internal use have not keeled over in pain, or had to be rushed to the emergency room to get our stomachs pumped because we ingested a doterra essential oil (that doterra recommends is safe to ingest) and there have been thousands of people who have used these oils internally have not had any health issues EXCEPT feeling better after taking it. I truly believe that the doterra company would never ever risk the lives and safety of the thousands of people who purchase their product.
I feel that ingesting pharmaceutical drugs or an essential oil that has not gone through the rigorous testing that Doterra does on their oils are not safe because of the solvents that are in the oils. I've purchased other essentials just to see what they are like and I can honestly smell the solvents in the oils. Do I want to put that on my body or breathe it in.......No way.
My testimonial....my husband who moved from Colorado to be with me always got walking pheumonia and he went to the doctor's every time to get antibiotics (before we got married). It took him approximately 2 weeks to finally get over it each time. Since my husband has been with me, I've healed my husband, not once but twice this past year from Walking Pneumonia by using the Bomb protocol using capsules which he ingested 4 times per day and placed on the bottom of his feet and chest each day and with 7 days he had no sign of pheumonia. He actually thanked me for taking care of him and he couldn't believe that all I used was the doterra essential oils. He is now a true believer.
I love Doterra and I wish I known about them sooner.

I told her that her friend is comparing the doterra oils to other companies that don't do the rigorous testing that we do. I tell ya, never a dull moment in doterra lol:)
