I have a related question that I"ve been wondering about. i have heard numerous times that you can take as much of the oils as you want, but that doesn't seem right to me. If you are using oils to effectively lower blood sugar or blood pressure might you lower it too far? I need more information on how the oils are working in those two instances to know if that's the case or if the oils are working on different body systems that just help get those ones fixed? Does that make sense? cholesterol is another one. Can you take too much of an oil?
