Due to how natural the oils are, our body has the ability to slough off when we use too much, however you are correct in your assumption that using too much is not a good thing. It confuses your body and in the case of oils "more is not better". Also it is a waste of the oil to use too much, they are powerful oils and you just don't need as much as you would with other oils.

If you are using oils to effectively lower blood sugar or blood pressure might you lower it too far? I need more information on how the oils are working in those two instances to know if that's the case or if the oils are working on different body systems that just help get those ones fixed? Does that make sense? cholesterol is another one. Can you take too much of an oil?
