I would start Joe out on just one pill from each bottle for a week and see how he does. I would just put them in a small baggie for each day. Then add one of each for another week and keep this up until he is where he needs to be. The LLV is going to help a lot of his issues.

I'm going with him to his doctor tomorrow to get permission for him to the supplements for he is under the Danbury mental health system and living in a transitional living facility . I'm  hoping there won't be any resistance there, but if all goes well...how should I start him on the vits etc? I know it needs to be slow...but any advice?
my joe is on quite a few meds , and has gained a lot of weight from all of this...,any suggestions welcome!
