I find that I get huge headaches if I don't drink enough water! I can eat an apple w sea salt on it and drink a lot and take supplements and it helps a lot. Being sick is hard when u feel horrible. There is the occassional migraine where I take the least amount of ibu I can... I hate it, but if I don't take care of myself w water n supplements then I can't function. Keep trying oils, and eat and drink good stuff. Try less oils like pat said. Deep blue and wintergreen is a good choice 4 me.That's awesome that the oils helped u get rid of ur cold so fast. I slowly suggest em to my hubby and once they work, he asks for more! so keep askin ur wife. And tell her ur success stories.

I'm curious if you take LLV and if you tried Deep Blue?
I'm not going to bash you for using an Advil and getting some relief. I
could encourage you to use as little of it as you can because of the
damage it can do. But I don't think a couple Advil will kill you.
Although I should add as someone who has taken Advil and every NSAID on
the planet produced up until about 8 years ago that continual use of it
can do some pretty serious damage. If I were to take 1 advil it wouldn't
matter how much prevacid (or other acid reflux med) I took I would end
up with my head between my knees trying not to scream.
