[Everything doTERRA] What oils for sleeping?

Hi all , I have to take cortisol tabs in the am, but find it very
hard to fall asleep at night due to consuming the tabs. Was prescribe
melatonin spray to induce deep sleep, however, the next day I am more
tired and no concentration. If i don't take the melatonin, I'm fine
energy wise but can't sleep at night. Is there any oils for deep
sleep without the effects the next day of extreme tiredness, lethargy
and headaches.
