This is easy!! I am one of those who has always known vitamins and supplements are good for you but when I took them, nothing really felt different - not physically, not my energy levels - nothing. I've even taken very expensive supplements from my homeopathic physician. Because I couldn't 'feel' them helping me, it was very difficult to maintain consistency in taking them and inevitably I would quit. For many years, I struggled with my weight and mostly felt it in my knees - especially going down stairs - the pain would be so sharp, I was always afraid my knees would give out and was going to go tumbling down the stairs. I've lost 85+ lbs over the last couple of years and I'm now significantly smaller than the 'average size 14' - but, I kept the pain in the knees. UNTIL I started using the LLV in Oct 2011 :) after a couple of weeks, I realized I was up and down the stairs without the slightest hint of pain. Buuut, in December, life got busy and I dropped my consistency taking my LLV. Sure enough, one day headed down the stairs - I felt it!!! In my head, I went "What the heck?!?!?" And then it hit and I made the connection! I hadn't taken my LLV for several days! Now - you couldn't pay me to skip a morning or an evening dose - as a matter of fact, I'm taking my evening dose as I type :)
I do look forward to hearing how they have helped others too.
