I have recently begun my first GX Assist cleanse, hoping it willvhelp clear up some persistent adult acne. I have been taking 3 pills with breakfast and 3 pills with dinner, along with LLV. But upon rereading the packaging, it looks like I should only be taking 3 pills TOTAL a day. So far I have not experienced any GI upset, but I don't want to be doing it incorrectly.
