I've heard that your body will absorb what folic acid it needs and get rid of the rest. I have a blood disorder and my doc has me on a prescription of it. Is that really not the case?

One thing I know is you want it in the form of Folate. My diamond
leader just told me today that too much of folic acid increases the
chance of cancer by 30%. That is not the case with Folate and that is
why doTERRA uses Folate instead of folic acid in the vitality pack.
