[Everything doTERRA] Re: patches for hot flashes & hysterectomy

You may want to experiment with Ylang Ylang. I made my own blend of
Ylang Ylang, Balance and Peppermint in a roller bottle.
I roll it on my wrists and back of my neck morning and night and
whenever needed during the day. It's nice to know we are still
hot...it just comes in flashes now. ;- )
