[Everything doTERRA] Extra virgin coconut oil for scars?? Use as carrier oil for scars?

Can I use my extra virgin coconut oil as a carrier oil?

And would it be good to use as a carrier with lavender for a bad scar
on a 17 month old on her head.

AND how much lavender and oil to use each time??
