I take one Alpha CRS at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner.
I take two xEO Mega at breakfast and two at dinner
I take two Microplex VMz at breakfast and two at dinner

I believe this is the right way to distribute them throughout the day! I actually took a silver marker and wrote the instructions on the lids. Then I don't have to search the labels each time!

I just received my first LLV. I get the xEO MEGA, I take 2 with
breakfast, 2 with dinner, BUT the MICRO PLEX VMz says to take 4
capsules a day & I thought on here someone said to split those up.
Does that mean I have to take them at 4 different times a day, like
7:00am,10:00am-ish, 2:00pm, & 7:00pm, OR could I do like the xEO MEGA
(2 with breakfast, 2 with dinner, OR all at once???). The ALPHA CRS+
says 3 a day, so I get that (I think), breakfast, lunch & dinner, OR
is or can that be all at once as well.

Am I right on this & could the MICRO PLEX VMz be used like the xEO
MEGA? I am not lazy, I'll do whatever is best, I just want to make
sure I am doing it right. I've got a lot of hope riding in these
products.
