Are you sure it goes up after the third month?  I've been in doTerra ordering at least 100-135 PV every month since February and I only have 51 points accumulated.

Not counting August or July (pay period not completed), it still seems a bit low.  I've been wondering about this and I have yet to see a spot where it tells us in the back office exactly how this is calculate.
