[Everything doTERRA] Re: Iritis

OK - I have been having an awful time with my iritis! I'd get stabbing
headaches, like migraines, right above my eye. And the oils all made
it water so badly that I went back to the drops the ophthalmologist
prescribed. Still, nothing was helping.

Yesterday, I watched Dr Hill's webinar on inflammation, and - as
iritis is an inflammatory condition - I decided to take my chances and
try Deep Blue. I knew it was going to be hot and make my eye water but
I put less than a drop on my finger and patted it around the bone
around my eye, closely followed by FCO. The difference today is
amazing. No pain, and actually it only watered for maybe 5 minutes or
so. I do not dare use more than a drop - I just tap the rim of the
bottle on my finger and use the oil that is remaining there from the
last drop.

I didn't muscle test for Deep Blue when looking at my oils because I
knew the peppermint would start my eye watering, but I can handle this
tiny dose, and I muscle tested this afternoon with positive results.

I never want to get this again, it's debilitating and lasts for a long
time, but at least I know which oil to use if it does happen again! I
have a follow up at the eye doctor on Monday. Looking forward to
seeing what she has to say.
