RE: [Everything doTERRA] Gout and black pepper oil

Regarding the gout;  my father in law told me to walk more.  This has actually helped the gout that was occuring in my feet.  But now it is in my hands.  I have used the black cherry concentrate and the dried black cherries and they work, but I find this a temporary solution.  I am so happy to hear that the black pepper oil will work!  I will try this.  Thank you.  Also, I have read that red meat agrivates gout, does anyone know if this is true?  What other foods contribute?

Thanks!

You can take it internally and topically. In a capsule or just in water. I would suggest
2-3 drops internally twice a day if you have gout. Topically 2 drops on affected area
covered with a hot moist cloth.
