[Everything doTERRA] Re: perioral dermatitis

Many times this condition is caused by a bacteria or virus--I can't
remember which--that lives in the skin. I had a friend who was on
antibiotics for it. I would look for oils that have good anti-bac and
anti-viral properties and use those on the area. Lavender and Melissa
would be top on my list. Careful though, as Melissa is very strong. I
would dilute in a carrier. Melaleuca would be another good choice but
I find it drying to the skin.
