have never had this happen before. She says she aches all over and can
hardly sleep at night.
What could be causing this, and how long would we expect this effect
to last? I speculate that it is the increase in circulation, but if
anyone has some thoughts I would appreciate it. She is about 70 years
old and has just started the program, maybe a week ago.
