Don't use plastic Joyce. The oils will destroy it. You should be fine thos. also, if you teach your husband to put the oils on the back of his hand, It is easier to rub on the back by himself. I do it all the time.

My daughter used marjoram almost everyday of her pregnancy because her restless legs. Both babies turned out just fine. I don't know who told u not to use marjoram during pregnancy.
