Yes, leaning on the safe side considering the age of THE LITTLE SWEET ONE,, I would suggest that you do it. Mix 2 drops of Balance with 1 tablespoon ( 15 ml) of carrier oil. Apply 1 drop each to the bottom of the feet ( to calm her down-travel is stressful even for an infant), then put one drop of the Balance mixture on your index finger and run it on the back of her ear bone; repeat application on the other ear.
At the incident with our Emma, I didn't have to dilute because she is used to getting oils rubbed on her undiluted. But it's only a drop or two, nothing more.
