[Everything doTERRA] Re: chest congestion and cough in kids

If your son isn't one to rub his face/eyes you could try using 2 drops each of Meleuca & FCO (you may want to dilute even more for your little guy) then dip the pad of your ring finger in the blend and pat it around the eye socket: along the cheekbone, at the temples and just above the eyebrow.  He's more likely to rub at his cheeks so you may want to limit the locations to the temple and above the eyebrow.  Just remember, if he gets any in his eye flush with FCO not water.  Yep, this has happened to me with another oil and the FCO does NOT irritate the eye so the FCO flush really works.

good morning I had posted previously about a sickness going around our house on Oct 16th, regrettably me and my 2 littlest have held on to the congestion and cough from that. I was taking oregano, lemon, and on guard but thgouht I was I getting better and stopped taking it. My congestion is bad where I feel it is coating my throat down to my stomach. I only have a cough at night and just battle the heavy feeling during the day. My 2 littlest have running noses and coughs during the night as well. My 3 year old says she feels gunk in her throat. And my 2 year old has been waking in the am with his eyes matted and today was worse than yesterday. I am trying to use the oils but feel Im not using them enough to be effective. Plus with the little people I'm not sure how to hit really hard...PLEASE any advice will be well received, I'm so OVER being sick its ridiculous.
