Arborvitae and LLV! To support, soothe and help the skin to repair; Geranium, frankincense, Helichrysum and Myrrh. For itching, Lavender. For support with infection Melaleuca, the protective blend or oregano in a carrier oil. Melissa supports recovery 1:5 (at least) dilution calms inflammation. For a bath, 2 cups Epsom salts, Bergamot 4 drops, White Fir 2 drops, Roman Chamomile 3 drops, Helichrysum 4 drops. With the citrus (Bergamot) Only use if you will not be in the UV rays for a couple of days. The most important thing is the care of your gut. It all starts in the gut. So your diet is critical. If it were me I would use the digestive enzymes, probiotics and the Essential Oil Cellular Complex. I would eliminate sugar and packaged foods and use only organic whole foods, grass fed and finished meats, cold water wild cough deep sea fish. Plenty of healthy fat is important. Use the animal fat in the foods mentioned, also VCO, avocado, olive oil unheated (home made Salad dressing), lots of dark leafy greens (romaine counts). Drink plenty of water with lemon essential oil in it. 20 minutes of exercise a day preferably out of doors. I wish you well!
