Also, you can do the steaming mug. Heat some water to boiling and put in a glass or ceramic mug. Add ONE drop each of oregano, melaleuka, lemon and peppermint. Place face over steam and inhale. It is quite strong, but just inhale and then back away. Repeat as long as it is still steaming. This will drive the oils into your sinuses.
