Pat, please address this one. I don't believe the Oregano will kill the good bacteria. My understanding has been that the oils are cell selective and will only work "against" the cells in our body that are broken or bad??? Please share your opinion.

Oregano .... Just remember, it's very "hot" and dilute it appropriately. Also - it WILL (like an antibiotic) kill the "good" bacteria in the gut, so add a really good probiotic, as well.--
