My daughter ALWAYS has sinus issues in the winter months. We used myrrh and she loved it and it cleared up the congestion! This is our go to oil for stuffy noses.

Basil can feel a bit hot in that sensitive area so I also use fco if needed. this works will when the sinuses are just plain inflamed and you feel like you need to blow your nose but can't get any releif. the Helechrysum also works if you rub on your face where you feel the pressure and doesn't bother the eyes
