[Everything doTERRA] Re: Peppermint and Infants

My other son who is 4yrs old gets overheated....and automatically gets bloody noses.

Yesterday he was getting HOT and I knew a bloody nose was about to start. I rubbed some peppermint NEAT on his back and feet. He cooled down immediately with NO bloody nose.

Peppermint rocks.

My son just turned one  had a horrible fever.
Several rounds of diluted peppermint on his feet did not bring it down. Tylenol didn't touch it.
I just grabbed some coconut oil and peppermint and rubbed his whole body.
It was about going to be 3 days and worried it was going to be something serious but within an hour of the full body rub down of peppermint...his fever broke.

Search Maryland university's medical site for current research. I did use it diluted on feet for fevers, breath on feet also diluted. One of the constituents in the oil can cause breathing trouble in infants if on chest or head, & possibly on back. :-) b/c DoTERRA's are so potent (good!) I dilute heavily, then less if no issues.
