My son just had something starting, probably a virus, that started with a sore throat Thursday night, then progressed the next morning to a headache, and later that night a runny nose. Each new symptom was added onto the preceding ones. I started him with On Guard and Melaleuca together in a gargle, following the directions in Modern Essential Oils, one drop of each in 4 oz of water. I also used a small, clear spray bottle to make a throat spray with one drop of each, and gave him the bottle of On Guard to sniff every hour. Saturday morning he felt better, and today he has absolutely no symptoms.
