Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for blocked salivary ducts. I would love to help my friend, but am not sure what to recommend! Please help ASAP! :)

I have a friend seeking help for blocked salivary ducts. She said her mouth is extremely dry. She's been through all kinds of tests and they concluded that the ducts are blocked, causing the "dry mouth". She's been sucking on lemons to try to stimulate saliva flow, but is wondering if there are any oils that would help. I couldn't find any information in the Mod. Essentials book or on the website.
