Re: [Everything doTERRA] LLW & GX Assist

You're a better woman than me! :-)  I'm waiting until after the first of the year - then I'll be "good"!  Good Luck and may the 'force' be with you!  LOL

You go Ramona!!  Definitely not easy this time of year, but totally worth it. :)

I started on monday with the gx assist and I've been taking the LLW faithfully as well.  I haven't noticed anything unusual, except I'm already starting to feel better!  I have more energy and everything.  I have also cut out everything refined (so not easy at this time of year, but it will be worth it!)  My diet is basically eggs, broiled chicken, vegetables, light cheeses, beans, and that's about it.

The LLWP is for nourishment, although it also has cleansing
properties. It is important to keep your body nourished while
cleansing. In fact, if you decide to eat lightly while on the GX
Assist, the LLWP will help keep you going without weakness and fatigue
issues. If you are having any discomfort I would be using DigestZen on
your tummy or feet morning and night. Make sure you are also consuming
plenty of pure water, and cut back or eliminate sugars and processed
foods at least while on the GX and PB Assist.
