I stay with Madhava, so far it has stayed pure. You can't always buy local
raw honey. We are really spoiled here, we have local bee keepers and their
honey is amazing.
I trust the Agave, since it has a good index for diabetics. Loryjean is correct
about making sure it hasn't been processed.
