Nancy, I don't know if you're aware, but Black Pepper is called "the poor man's Melissa," so you might want to include it in your regimen of oils.

I wish I could use it consistently. I know that I would be able to quit drowning in depression.  Excercise is also very beneficial to feeling good, but we have had near about a month of solid rain, so it has been difficult to do any Excercise recently.  Praying for your friend, I understand the pain.
