I just returned my LLV ( 3- pack). After receiving them I read ingredients and on the Omega's they have Carrageenan in them. This is a toxic chemical. Since cancer diagnosis 4 yrs ago I try to eliminate as many chemicals as possible. I am VERY disappointed. Not dud if zi will reorder the vitamins and minerals but definitely not the Omega's
