My daughter deals with this and when she added an insert into her shoe that had extra support (cushioning) her heel pain from growth plate pain went away.

Has anyone dealt with this with their kids? It's from the bones growing faster than the ligaments causing severe heel and Achilles pain.--Using Frankincense, lemongrass, deep blue and wild orange currently.Adding Vitamins today.thanks-Erika
