It seems the Helichrysum and Basil help a lot with this, apply in back and in front of the ear drawing the oils down the jaw line. Repeat as needed through the day.

I have been diagnosed with Meniere's recently (luckily it's cochlear Meniere's, I don't get the vertigo) and nothing has helped so far. I found that L-lysine helps reduce the tinnitus, but I'd love to find an oil solution.
