Perhaps you can switch to frankincense. I imagine the OnGuard was a little too hot for your dog. Let him sniff the oil first. If he bolts, then it's probably not a good oil for him. :)

Our Lab/Golden Retriever cross has two skin masses (this is what the vet calls them). They are on his elbows. To me, they look like a wart or small skin tag, no bigger than your pinky fingernail. They are not cancerous or harming him in any way and he leaves them alone. Our vet wants to put him under and "dig them out" in 6 months. I had a friend suggest On Gaurd 3x/day and said she felt they would fall off. She also suggested that they were viral in nature (she's kinda like a dog whisperer). Well after 3 applications, he now jumps up and bolts when I apply it, so I stopped. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you!--
