I too was in a car accident many years ago, I always have a nagging pain in the hip n low back area. Besides the LLV, bone nutrient, DDR,, PB assist I layer balance, white fir and basil oils, 3 drops of each on area. Sometimes also add deep blue rub. It's amazing the relief I've gotten with these oils. Hope this might also help you.
