When you have any flu like symptoms while taking GX it means you are detoxing to fast and should go back to 1 capsule per day for the 10 days. Drink lots of lemon water to flush the toxins. Then do the PB for 10 days. Wait 10 days and do it again. What you are attempting is to clear away the excess yeast that is causing problems. Don't give up.
