We have had incredible results with coriander- massaged into feet particularly but on abdominal area helps too. Immediate difference.
Silm & Sassy used daily internally is recommended by Dr Hill and has been very beneficial for stabilizing blood sugars.
Also no sweets, many small meals.
LLV is huge because it targets the inflammation as well as gives our bodies what they need. Ie: craving pasterie: body was looking for good fats. Started taking LLV and cravings left. Also quality fats like avocado and raw veggies I suggest eating a rainbow a day. Once apone a time I was hypoglycemic. Many others have done like on my team and outside.
Balance can also be very helpful here.
