I suggest you start your journey of wellness with diet and internal cleansing. It all stems from inside and the journey will be difficult but worth it.

I have had trouble with a terrible skin rash that came out on my arms and neck only since January. I am 44 and have had an extreme lack of vitamin D that I have been taking 50,000 iu's for about 6 months yet still register only a 12 in my blood work. I also have a lack of folic acid. My body seems not to absorb these things.I have been to many doctors and taken an enormous list of medications including three rounds of steroids. I have been told I have poison sumac,shingles,and a host of other things;yet noone has been able to help. My rash got so bad my arms swelled up and blistered up then cracked. I had to sleep with ice packs wrapped around my arms and on my neck just for a little relief. I was finally sent to an allergist/auto immune specialist where I was told he was not sure but did not think I had DH (form of celiac). Along with all this came stomach aches,headaches, fatigue, and a host of other problems not seemed to be cared about by any doctor. When I decided to go gluten free just to try anything for relief, my arms had cleared up considerably. I have now got the rash all over my body although it is much better.
When I am around gluten of any kind or form, I break out almost immediately and itch terribly. If I eat something that has come in contact with glutten I will begin to blister up as I eat. I really need help as this rash is extremely itchy and sometimes I have no idea what I have come in contact with. ( I even wear gloves when I am prepare food for my family.)
Can anyone give advice or help on what I should do to help?
