Also for my allergies, because I've been taking allergy shot for so long, I can now just put the oils underneath my tongue hold it there for a bit and then take some water. My theory is that it will allow for quicker absorption into my body and blood stream underneath the tongue due to the abundance of capillaries. I take one of my Empty oil bottles, make my own mixture and add Melaleuca because I have pretty bad allergies. I also at wild orange for flavor. In the end, I have my "allergy shots" to go and available anytime I needed. Works wonders! I wouldn't recommend putting the oils under the tongue if you're not used to the strength of taking the allergy shots regularly. If you don't have a shot glass available, I would start with putting a swig of water in your mouth and then adding the drops that you want after that. And I suppose yes you could pierce the gelcap with something and squeeze the oil out from there.
