I make my own capsules with the oil itself. I take1 capsule every 3 hrs starting at 7am and end at 7pm. I take1 5 drops per capsule, but if your new...I'd start with 2 and work up to 5. I've lost weight, have no sugar cravings, I no longer creative McDonald's French fries
