Try tapping your thymus a couple times a day and especially when you feel light headed. The Thymus is located under the sternum (breast bone) between the breasts. Place one hand, doesn't matter which one, but maybe you less predominate one is best) by your side. With your dominant hand tap 5-10 times firmly. This in conjunction with the oils should help, it will balance your charkars. Some times as weather changes you can develop inner ear problems, not enough to hurt but enough to keep ;you off balance, if this is the case Basil on the mastoid will help clear the ear.

I have been taking one drop of zendocrine oil in four ounce water daily with lemon and maleluca internal.
