A PM pays a one time $10 enrollment fee, and they get 20% discount instead of 25%. I have had people who didn't want to give their SS# take this route. They don't get as many benefits, but if they start out and love their oils, they can easily upgrade for the remaining $25, even purchasing a kit later on if they want. You as the enroller wouldn't get a Fast Start commission bonus, but you get a larger commission of 10% every time they order. They don't have to buy a kit; no one does. But a kit provides an extra discount, so offers them more savings.
