[Everything doTERRA] Re: Hate mail

I think also, it would be helpful for people to know that as you go up in rank, there is a lot to be said for "trust" in doterra.  We should ALL understand it is kind of an unspoken that it doesn't mean BLIND trust, but that trust that once it is brought to their attention, we can know they are working on it and checking into it, before we cause a panic.  That does not EVER MEAN any of us have more knowledge, but that as you go up in rank you have learned that they listen when we go to the events, when you contact them, etc.,  So, I am sure what they were getting upset about, and maybe it wasn't communicated well, was that we can TRUST doterra.  That seemed to be a hot spot, but I don't want to speak for Pat, but what I think her and "we" (who were on the same page) meant was not a BLIND unquestioning trust, but that same trust as you trust a parent that once it is brought to their attention, they of course will check it out and do what is best for the "whole".  Overall, that has been true.  So, just wanted to let people know that I think that is the trust we are talking about.  Thank you all for being understanding.
