[Everything doTERRA] Pregnant woman with lupus

I have someone who very possibly has lupus and is 20 weeks pregant..  She told me

"The lupus attacks the connective tissues and will attack the babies heart and cause death. So I will be on anticoagulants, steroids and something else. " She is obviously terrified.

I've read the protocol for lupus and since it mostly is dealing with a cleanse, I would guess that is not good for a pregnant woman to use? 

Obviously there are plenty of oils for pain, but how would you address all those issues? Any ideas?
