Along with the oils, I use deep blue rub for my knees (also bone on bone) and take Turmeric tablets internally...one tablet 2-3 times a day helps me stay off narcotics. I do take Tylenol ES 500mg 2 tablets twice a day. I am going to up my essential oils use after reading the posting. I am a new user...just got my initial information and kit this week. I'm excited and want to learn as much as possible!!!
