[Everything doTERRA] Oil Sensitivity and reaction

Hello Hannah, I am no expert but I have had simular effects from oils that have citrus or eucalyptus. My suggestion is to do muscle testing. By holding the frankincense to your chest, close your eyes and ask your self "will this help me". If you lean into the product it will help you but if you lean backward it will not help you. You can also try using a carrier oil to dilute such as coconut oil, olive oil, etc. I find not all oils are for me and others are. There are always alternatives. You need to find what works for you. I have had extreme itching that will keep me up all night when I've used too many oils or certain blends. I will sometimes make my own blends after muscle testing. I find I ask myself with all oils before using them. What helps me during the day might not help me at night. Don't despair but just find another option that works for you or mix your own blend leaving out that one oil that gives you trouble and add a seconday option in its place. Good luck
